No violation goes unpunished

This time he is bringing to attention the issue of the Dewey Hill "material" that is "scattered all over the hill.” He has filed a written complain with the DEQ about said items and is requesting that they be removed "immediately.”

Well, thank you, Mr. Kahle, for once again bringing issues to the attention of the authorities when they have gone astray of the law. We should not tolerate violations when they occur and I would encourage the city to do whatever it can to make sure this issue get resolved within the guidelines of the law.

That being said, I would also encourage the city to make sure that whoever took the photos — which as a matter of fact were of good quality, in very close proximity to the above violation, and credited as being taken by Mitch Kahle — be prosecuted to the extent the law allows. We should, once again, not let any violation of the law go unpunished.
