Lisa Ann Eastman was given credit for two days already served. Work release was approved.
“Based on your (prior convictions), the court is concerned and hopes that you do get the help that you need,” Ottawa County Judge Karen Miedema told Eastman.
Eastman’s prior incidents were in October 2001 and December 2009.
During a plea hearing on Jan. 29, Eastman admitted that her blood alcohol level was 0.13 when she was stopped by police on M-45 in Grand Haven Township on Sept. 30, 2017. Two days after her arrest, she was released after paying 10 percent of a $25,000 bond.
Eastman was also ordered Monday to perform 60 days of community service and pay a $1,000 fine. Her vehicle was ordered immobilized for one year.
