Her commitment and dedication to promoting the Ottawa Way is a true reflection of her sincere and caring persona.”
Michael Morrow, manager of technical infrastructure for the county, said: “Brad incorporates a blend of patience, empathy, vision and efficiency that allows him to give the customer a great service experience no matter how frustrated they may be with their technology issue.”
