Foundation recognizes utility's volunteers

• Frank D. Gort Sr., unit control operator certified at the J.H. Campbell Complex in West Olive, who provided 100 hours of volunteer service over the past year with the seniors program, IFCA International Inc. in Coopersville. Gort delivered meals to seniors. A $200 grant will be used for program expenses. Gort also performed 150 hours of volunteer service over the past 12 months with the IFCA International Youth Group in Coopersville. He served as a trainer for climbing. A $600 grant will be used for gym and activity center equipment.

• Raymond H. Ribbink, retiree, who provided 94 hours of volunteer service over the past year with the Tri-Cities Area Habitat for Humanity. He helped build houses for program clients. A $200 grant will be used for housing supplies.
