“We even have a youth diving suit and pair of flippers available that look like they have never been worn,” she said. “... Someone even donated a glider to sit on for the backyard patio.”

The sale will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Parish School, 421 E. Exchange St. There is no admission charge.

The annual St. Mary’s Festival will kick into high gear on Saturday, July 9, from noon to 9 p.m. It will feature four new things this year:

— Brian Fedewa, an area entertainer, will play guitar and sing.

— A fish boil featuring salmon, corn, potatoes and onions with melted butter is being provided by the Maggio family (Fish X2) from noon to 7 p.m.

— A Berry-Go-Round will twirl kids around and they will control how fast the ride turns for them.

— “The Tumbler” — not for those with unstable stomachs — features the look of a hamster wheel. Kids will get strapped in to go in circles and upside down.
