Anonymous • Jul 21, 2015 at 11:21 AM

The program is being held in conjunction with the Outdoor Discovery Center Macatawa Greenway and the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation. Kids of all ages are invited to join the outdoor experts from the Outdoor Discovery Center to learn about owls found in the Michigan night skies. After a reading of Jane Yolen’s

“Owl Moon,” participants will get a firsthand look at live Michigan native owls and taxidermy, and will learn owl calls during this free presentation.

“Owls of Michigan” is made possible with funding by the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation.

For more information, call the library at 846-5770, ext. 134. The library is located at 123 E. Exchange St. in Spring Lake.
