Whether it has a long-term effect on the low levels or is just a drop in the Great Lakes bucket, that is still clear as mud.
“As we get later and later into the spring and summer, we’ll be able to answer that question,” Keith Kompoltowicz, chief of watershed hydrology branch of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Detroit, said Monday.
