“This was big for us,” said Hyde, whose team is 3-0 on the year and 2-0 in league play. “The defending conference champs coming in, with all their experience, seven seniors back, we’re very excited. We showed a lot of composure.”
The Lakers led 16-13 at halftime, but came out of the intermission ice cold on offense, allowing Grant to go on a 6-0 run.
