In the slalom, Grand Haven had four skiers place in the top six. Olds’ combined time of 1:04.15 was more than two seconds faster than runner-up Mallory Eliopoulos of West Catholic. Grand Haven’s Paige Reierson took third, Hannah Rymal was fourth and Allison Price placed sixth.

The Bucs scored 14 points in the slalom, which blew away the field. The co-op team of Forest Hills Northern/Eastern took second with 54.

Olds and Eliopoulous again finished 1-2 in the Giant Slalom, and the Bucs again had four place in the top six. Rymal took third, and Price and Reierson were fifth and sixth, respectively.

Grand Haven coach Derek Warner said the Bucs are fortunate to have outstanding depth this season, a strength that could lead to their fourth-straight league title in the Great Grand Rapids Ski Conference.
