Spring Lake improved to 7-3 overall and 4-1 in the Lakes Eight following a 51-21 victory against Tri-County. Remi French had eight points, 10 rebounds and two blocks for the Lakers, while Amber Taylor led with 12 points. Randi Rice also swiped 10 steals.

Grand Haven edged Muskegon on Thursday, 32-30, to improve to 6-3 this season. Amy Kober sparked the Bucs with 11 points and six rebounds, while Michala Ringquist added seven points and two assists. Hanna Rinkevicz also grabbed 11 rebounds.


Grand Haven routed Muskegon, 55-16, thanks to 11 points, four rebounds, three steals and three assists from Courtney Hylok. Lauren Strong added seven points and two rebounds and Hannah Kenny totaled six points, six rebounds and two assists.



Grand Haven scored a 50-37 win over Muskegon, thanks to a dominating performance by Adam Abraham, who had 17 points and 16 rebounds. B.J. Nahal also had a huge game for the Bucs (8-1) with 23 points and seven rebounds, while Cam Shelton had five boards and six points off the bench.

Spring Lake scored a 60-32 win over Tri-County behind 16 points from Joe Dzajka. Ben Conrad and Chris Boychuck each scored 10 points, while Mark Williamson had 10 rebounds and Ben Kramer led the charge defensively for the Lakers (6-3).

WMC scored a blowout 74-14 win over Hudsonville Freedom Christian on Thursday. Riley Arkema hit four 3-ponters and scored 12 points for the Warriors, while James Godwin added 11 and Brandon Butrick totaled nine.


Grand Haven edged Muskegon, 37-33, to improve to 7-2 on the season. Drew Hewitt tossed in 19 points and dished out five assists, while Jason Long added 16 points and six boards. Drew Strainer pulled down seven rebounds for the Bucs.

Spring Lake beat Tri-County, 52-20. Marshall Gabala led the Lakers with 12 points. Brendan Sanderson added eight points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots, while Drew Johnson added eight points. The Lakers are now 3-4 on the season.
