The Buccaneers jumped out to a 5-1 lead after the first quarter and added four second-quarter goals to hold a 9-2 halftime advantage of East Kentwood.
The Falcons would outscore the Bucs 4-3 in the second half, but the dominant first two quarters put the game well out of reach.
Matt Beals and Mark Nordin combined to make 16 saves on 22 shots.
Junior Mason Fritz recorded a hat trick to lead the Bucs offense, while Brigham Thornock added two.
Also netting single tallies for Grand Haven were: Reilly Wiesnewski, Nick Wilson, Jon Hoffman, Jordan DeVries, Seth Roffey, Joshua Koornneef and Grant Ruster.
The Bucs defense was smothering from start to finish, recording 21 steals as a team. Junior Grant Ruster led the team with five thefts, while junior Brigham Thornock drew three personal fouls against the Falcons.
Junior varsity: Grand Haven defeated East Kentwood, 11-5. Griffin Kelly and Matt Fahey each scored two goals to lead the attack, while Brett Jennings, Aidan Latchaw and Jake Klayhorst led the defense with three steals apiece.
