Get out your leather jackets, pull on your bobby socks and take a trip to the fabulous 1950s with the original rock ‘n roll high school musical, “Grease.” Bad boy Danny and good girl Sandy meet and fall in love in the original stage production featuring the irresistible songs from the Broadway show and hit movie.

“This show is the perfect follow-up to the live television special that just aired in February” said she show’s producer, Michelle Prince. “We’re lucky we scheduled our version of ’Grease’ right when it is getting so much public attention.”

CPP’s staged version includes all of the beloved music that was written for the 1978 movie including “Hand Jive,” “Greased Lightning,” “You’re the One That I Want” and more.

Central Park Player’s production of “Grease” will be led by Mary McGinnis as Sandy Dombrowski, Egan Porter as Danny Zuko, Rachel Bethke as Betty Rizzo and Chaz Bratton as Kenickie.
