#3. MEDIA SCREAMS ABOUT CHARGES BROUGHT BY LIBERAL WISCONSIN PROSECUTORS, IGNORES FACT THAT STATE JUDGE, FEDERAL JUDGE, AND FEDERAL APPELLATE COURT HAVE ALL RULED AGAINST THEM.

"What is not being reported, is that multiple judges have found that the alleged criminal conduct was not in fact criminal even if the factual allegations were true. Here is part of Federal Judge Renda’s opinion, which remains in effect halting the John Doe investigation, in a case brought by two of the targets:"

" The standard to apply in these cases was recently made clear by the Supreme Court in McCutcheon. Any campaign finance regulation, and any criminal prosecution resulting from the violation thereof, must target activity that results in or has the potential to result in quid pro quo corruption….

It is undisputed that O‘Keefe and the Club engage in issue advocacy, not express advocacy or its functional equivalent. Since § 11.01(16)‘s definition of political purposes must be confined to express advocacy, the plaintiffs cannot be and are not subject to Wisconsin‘s campaign finance laws by virtue of their expenditures on issue advocacy….

While the defendants deny that their investigation is motivated by animus towards the plaintiffs‘ conservative viewpoints, it is still unlawful to target the plaintiffs for engaging in vigorous advocacy that is beyond the state‘s regulatory reach….

The plaintiffs have been shut out of the political process merely by association with conservative politicians. This cannot square with the First Amendment and what it was meant to protect.http://legalinsurrection.com/201..."

If you can't win by weaponizing the IRS, try using the media while ignoring your case has been thrown out by three different Courts of Law.

But, in the Golden Age of Obama, the wealth of the Producers MUST BE REDISTRIBUTED to the Takers, including welfare cheats, gang bangers, and illegals; if you are young, you will pay good and hard.

#3 should read: DEMOCRATS USE MEDIA TO SPREAD FALSE FUNDRAISING QUESTIONS ABOUT PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL AFTER LOSING IN COURT.

Disappointed that the local rag decided to participate in this.

I suppose one of the judges mentioned in your federalist link is Judge Randa (odd - they don't provide any of the names of the judges). This is the judge who was active in blocking the probe.

By sheer coincidence, Judge Randa has several other ties to this case. You should find this interesting, seeing how you seem to feel Judge Randa is getting a bum deal from the media:

1. Judge Randa's wife is a frequent donor to Walker's campaign.

2. Judge Randa's judicial assistant is the wife of Scott Walker's lawyer.

3. Judge Randa is a member of the Federalist society (see: your federalist.com link).

4. Judge Randa has attended several privately-funded, all-expense-paid 'judicial seminars' at George Mason U, which were paid for by - who else? - the Koch Bros, along with other right wing conservative private parties.

5. One of the dark money organizations bringing the case to court, and for which Judge Randa's ruling favors, is the Club for Growth, one of several dark money Koch Bros-funded groups. You know - those folks who paid for several of Judge Randa's 'judicial seminars'.

Hilarious, but not many people understand Obamaspeak and its nuances. "Uh means "It's Bush's fault." And what's up with his right eye - Choom or worse?

Harry Kovaire

Probably Choom and Horse.

With any luck we will never meet - my right eyelid droops just slightly (fall-out from an otherwise successful surgery). I can only imagine what you would accuse me of!

So no Beer Summit? I'm crushed.

Barry - We're going to have a Beer Summit if it's the last thing I do (and it very may well be the way it's going...).

About the only thing I can thing of that will get past the filter and/or eventual (unfair) moderation is that I could help her with her sense of style in t-shirts. I do admire her weapons of choice with accompanying thigh holster. Oh to be sixteen again...

12. Outrageous: Obama Planned for the Illegal Immigration of Children in January

He not only didn’t try to stop it. He knew about it and welcomed it.

He is clearly breaking the law.

Barack Obama’s Immigration and Customs Service advertised for escorts for large numbers of unaccompanied alien children on January 29, 2014. The place of service for the contractors interested is listed as “throughout the Continental United States (US).

Obama and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) planned to accept large numbers of unaccompanied children and set up “refugee resettlement shelters” as if we were in the Sudan.

An ad for escorts posted on January 29th required potential contractors “to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year. Transport will be required for either category of UAC or individual juveniles, to include both male and female juveniles. There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total…”

He has turned DHS into a social welfare agency aimed at assisting him in establishing the United States as a welfare state.

Obama is not planning to end this any time soon and will keep the borders open. He is planning to put children at grave risk to do it. The length of the contract according to the government website is five years with “indefinite delivery” and “indefinite quantity.”

The Government anticipates awarding a five (5) year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle consisting of a one year base period, and four (4) option years. http://www.independentsentinel.c...
