SLT manager gets pay hike after annual review

The Township Board unanimously approved a 1.5-percent wage increase after Township Manager Gordon Gallagher's annual review Monday night. Gallagher's salary will increase from $78,700 to $79,880, following a one-year wage freeze. Gallagher scored highest in the areas of knowledge and technical skills, and adaptability and communication. The board gave him lower marks for quantity of work.

“If you look at his compensation, it’s comparable to other managers in the area and very much in line,” Township Supervisor John Nash said. “This proves again that we’re fiscally responsible.”
