‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ opens Friday night

Master Arts Theatre will present Harper Lee's "To Kill a Mockingbird,' dramatized by Christopher Sergel, beginning Friday through May 14. Fifty years ago, Lee wrote a novel that inspired a nation: a story of hate and prejudice told through the eyes of a child. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays; and 2 p.m. matinees on Saturdays. Tickets are $15 for adults, with a $2 discount for senior citizens and students. All seats are reserved.
