Entries sought for Coast Guard Festival Kid's Parade

The 2011 Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival Kid's Parade organizers are looking for all types of participants and entries including musical groups, clowns, costume characters, walking entries and floats for this year's parade. The theme of this year's event is "Tri-Cities Kids Salute the Men & Women of the USCG - Battling Pirates since 1790!!!' The event is scheduled to take place Saturday, July 30, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. in downtown Grand Haven. Participants are being asked to use their imaginations on the theme.
