GHHS Choral Ensemble to sing Sunday at library

Grand Haven High School Choral Ensemble will perform at Loutit District Library at 2 p.m. Sunday. The free concert will conclude the library's 2010-11 Sunday Afternoon Concert Series. Beginning with a Robert Burns poem, "My Love is like a Red, Red Rose' set to music by Randall Stroope, the ensemble will explore songs of love by famous poets like William Shakespeare and Sara Teasdale. Selections will come from the opera "Andrea Chenier' and a traditional Cuban song about love of faith.
