Mary A. White students to launch weather balloon

WZZM-TV meteorologist George Lessens will be at Mary A. White Elementary School in Grand Haven on Thursday morning to work with students on a weather balloon launch. Two fourth-grade students at the school have been working on a science project at home. However, the entire school is expected to be on board to witness the launch at around 10 a.m. The public is invited to witness the launch. WZZM-TV meteorologist George Lessens will be at Mary A. White Elementary School in Grand Haven on Thursday morning to work with students on a weather balloon launch.
