College’s 33rd annual Mayfest set for May 21

The 33rd annual Mayfest will be held on the campus of Muskegon Community College from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 21. Muskegon Community College and United Way of the Lakeshore are working together to bring this free event to the community.

Mayfest is a springtime event celebrating education, the success of our youth and accomplishments of educators throughout West Michigan. There will be more than 100 educational events for children and adults — including music, dancers, games, exhibits and hands-on children’s activities, and high school students who performed in Student Showcase 2011.
