Old Fashioned Days wristband presale ends Friday

Friday is the last day to save on wristbands for Fruitport's Old Fashioned Days. The festival, a tradition that the Fruitport Lions Club has hosted since the early 1950s, will be held May 25–30. Wristbands at the carnival will cost $17 Wednesday and Thursday, and $20 Friday through Monday, said Lions Club member Mariann Cooper. Discount wristband vouchers can be purchased for $15 online at www.fruitportlions.com and are good for any one day of admission to the carnival.

Times for the carnival are: 4–10 p.m. May 25-26, 4 p.m. to midnight May 27, noon to midnight May 28-29, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 30.
