The forecast for the rest of this afternoon: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Some storms could be severe, with damaging winds and heavy rain. Partly sunny, with a high near 83. Southwest wind around 18 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Tonight: Showers and thunderstorms likely before 8 pm. Some of the storms could be severe. Partly cloudy, with a low around 53. West southwest wind between 11 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
