The Big Band of Praise is a Christian big band music group dedicated to connecting with listeners by presenting the love of God through song and testimony.

“We’re very excited to be part of this event,” said Tom Langejans, a member of BBOP and a GHCS parent. “My wife assists with the ESS program and I’ve seen the impact of ESS at the school.”

The Western Michigan Christian High School jazz band recently returned from Virginia Beach, Va., where they took second place in the Bands in the Park competition at Busch Gardens.

The evening is designed to foster deeper understanding of various types of learning styles and areas of disability. The emphasis will be to inform and educate people about the ESS program at Grand Haven Christian School.
