Lakeshore Pregnancy Center walk is Saturday

Lakeshore Pregnancy Center will be hosting its annual fundraiser, LifeWalk 2011, on Saturday at Central Park in Grand Haven. The event begins with registration at 8:15 a.m. Participants will complete a 2-mile walk. The public is welcome. The event will include kids' games, face painting, music, prizes and refreshments. Lakeshore Pregnancy Center offers pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, pregnancy and parenting education; along with formula, baby food, diapers, baby clothes, baby supplies and maternity clothes. Everything is free.

The center is located at 700 Washington Ave., Suite 130, in Grand Haven. It is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
