Annual Adirondack Auction under way

The third annual Adirondack Auction for the Northwest Ottawa County Chamber Foundation has begun. Six pieces, all painted by local artists by donation, have been placed throughout the community for viewing and bidding. The auction generates revenue for the foundation, which uses the funds to continue to develop and implement community events such as the upcoming Sand Sculpture Contest and Grand Haven Art Festival. The pieces available for bidding by the public this year include two adult-size chairs, two side tables and two child-size chairs.
