Keery said while language must be in place before the PSD is adopted, city officials can continue to work on developing the district and hold necessary hearings.
According to Keery, the Planning Commission will develop language, hold public hearings and forward its proposed recommendation to City Council. There is also a mandate that the plan sit for 45 days for review, Keery said.
“We’re about two months out before we can make that recommendation,” Keery said.
