Proceeds from this year’s event will be used to fund the annual July 4 fireworks show. Annually, the Grand Haven Area Jaycees fund the fireworks show to commemorate the nation’s birthday.

The Jaycees is a volunteer community service, social and leadership development organization composed of men and women ages 21-40. The group was established locally in 1936 and is part of the national Jaycees organization.
