As a charter member of NACM, Bowling most recently served as president-elect, during which time he was chairman of the Conference Development Committee. His years of NACM leadership also include service on the Board of Directors as the general jurisdiction director, secretary/treasurer and vice president.
Bowling’s work in the judicial system spans 30 years with service as court manager, attorney, judicial educator and court consultant. He also served in a variety of positions with the Michigan Supreme Court for 20 years, and served as deputy chief of party for the Nigeria Justice Sector Assistance Project before returning to West Michigan.
