Lighting district for 152nd Ave./Rich St. approved

A special lighting district in the area of 152nd Avenue and Rich Street will be created with the approval Monday of two resolutions by the Grand Haven Township Board. The first resolution approved the special assessment roll for the lighting district, and the second resolution adopted the assessment roll and light installation. The light installation and first-year assessment totals $399. Each affected property owner will pay $79.

The second assessment roll gives the estimated annual cost of the light — $145 — in which each affected property owner will pay $29.
