Praise-Apella to lead Sunday’s waterfront worship

Worship On the Waterfront will welcome Praise-Apella, a five-voice a cappella group, to Grand Haven's Waterfront Stadium from 7:30-8:45 p.m. Sunday. Come early and join the First Reformed Praise Team in a time of singing at 7:10 p.m. Praise-Apella offers unique and uplifting praise and worship through inspirational music and rhythmic vocal percussion, coupled with pristine vocal harmonies. The Cleveland, Ohio-based mission is to praise God and to glorify Christ Jesus - and to lead others, who are seeking truth, through their ministry.

The group’s founder and bass vocalist, Ryan Fisher, is joined by Jen Howser, Lawrence Williams, Dean Stamatis and vocal percussionist Ron Smith. They are currently touring with their new CD, “Love God,” which is a collection of contemporary Christian songs.

Worship On the Waterfront is held rain or shine. This is a free concert; no tickets are needed. A free-will offering will be taken to support feeding Haiti.
