Grand Haven schools enrolling preschoolers

Grand Haven Area Public Schools is now taking enrollments for preschoolers. There are a variety of programs to meet the needs of young children. The Great Start Readiness Program is a free preschool program for 4-year-olds funded by the state. Developmental Preschool is a tuition-based program available for ages 2-5. The Early Childhood Special Education program emphasizes working with students with disabilities, while Head Start is a free program for ages 3-4.

All four programs aim to prepare students to be successful in kindergarten, and are available at school buildings throughout the district.
