4 exhibits to open at Muskegon Heritage Museum

Former employees of Sappi Ltd. (formerly Central Paper Co. and S.D. Warren), Lift Tech International (formerly Shaw Electric Crane Co., Manning, Maxwell and Moore, Shaw-Box Crane and Hoist, and Dresser Industries Inc.), Shaw Walker Office Furniture Co. and Morton Manufacturing Co. and their families are invited to visit the Muskegon Heritage Museum and share their memories during a celebration of the museum's four new exhibits featuring those companies.

The new exhibit celebration is Friday and Saturday, Sept. 9-10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. It is free and open to everyone.

The Muskegon Heritage Museum, 561 W. Western Ave. in Muskegon, is preserving and sharing the stories of the city’s businesses and industries through exhibits, demonstrations and working machinery.  Join us to celebrate this year’s new exhibits and share our area’s industrial heritage.
