Area G.E.M.S. Clubs for girls starting up Monday

Area G.E.M.S. girls clubs will be kicking off new seasons on Monday. G.E.M.S. (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) clubs are relationship building clubs where girls make new friends and become part of a caring, small group. Members participate in craft activities, singing and creative movement, small group Bible lessons, active games, leisure activities and life skills, group service projects, and special events. The annual theme for all 800 G.E.M.S. clubs around the world this year is "Get Wisdom: Go for the Gold!'

The Ferrysburg/Spring Lake G.E.M.S. Club meets from 6:30-8:15 p.m. at Ferrysburg Community Church, 17785 Mohawk Drive. Girls in grades 1-7 are invited to participate. For more information, e-mail Lori at lori@ferrysburgchurch.com; or call 842-3880, ext. 15, or 842-6439.
