Youth, parenting classes offered at 2nd Christian Reformed Church

The health ministry team at Second Christian Reformed Church for the next four Sundays is offering sessions on youth and parenting issues. The public is invited to the sessions being presented by Dr. Brett Van Tol, a licensed psychologist with Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services (the first two sessions); and Dr. Robert Bulten, a behavioral pediatrician practicing in Grand Rapids (the last two sessions). The topics for the sessions are:

— Oct. 2: “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder”
— Oct. 9: “Children and Stress”
— Oct. 16: “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent, Part 1”
— Oct. 23: “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent, Part 2”

Sessions will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the lower level of the church, at the corner of Sheldon and Robbins roads in Grand Haven. Child care will be provided.
