Hope College musicians to perform at noon Oct. 7

Hope College musicians will perform a "Brown Bag Concert' at the Holland Area Arts Council, 150 E. Eighth St., at noon Friday, Oct. 7. The public is invited and admission is free. Founded and directed by Dr. Andrew Le of the Hope music faculty, the concert series takes place on the first Friday of each month. Each hour-long program consists of a variety of musical offerings from Hope students and teachers.

“The ‘Brown Bag’ concerts are designed to provide a variety of music in a casual atmosphere with the performers, dressed in jeans, sharing a bit about each piece to provide background information to the audience,” said Le, an assistant professor of music.
