Prosecutors won't bring charges in the case of the North Ottawa Rod and Gun Club's gun range that closed after stray bullets wounded one person and hit homes about a half-mile away. Officials say there's no way to determine who fired the shots, WZZM-TV reported. A contractor working in the Cutter Park subdivision about a half-mile east of the gun club in Grand Haven Township was hit in the arm on Sept. 29. The club closed the outdoor range after reports surfaced about the stray bullets.Grand Valley State University police officers were doing firearms training and some of the rounds were traced back to them.
