“Our friends and fans have been asking us to record a CD for a long time,” said band member Robin Spring. “We decided not only to record, but to include our audience in the process, which will make it extra fun.”

The performance will feature covers of a variety of classic hit songs, and The Trace will also be unveiling a few new original compositions never before heard or recorded.

A spin-off of the band Natchez Trace, The Trace retains much of the same material and overall sound they have shared for many years in West Michigan. The Trace is comprised of three local artists: Steve Damstra (lead guitar and vocals), Robin Spring (guitar, bass and vocals), and Mark Lamm (bass, keyboards, guitar and vocals).

“Our tight three-part harmonies are what sets us apart from most other groups,” Damstra said.

For more information, call Mark Lamm at 408-518-3848.
