Public hearing for PSD assessment set for Monday night

Downtown business and property owners will once again have a chance to voice their opinion on the proposed Principal Shopping District special assessment.

A public hearing is scheduled to take place at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Grand Haven City Hall, 519 Washington Ave.

The special assessment for the PSD would help Downtown Development Authority officials achieve their goal of marketing and promoting the DDA district through branding, special events, beautification of public spaces, and the production of print and other marketing materials.
