Va. woman looking for GH balloon sender

Marceline Miller of Rileyville, Va., said she found the balloon on Oct. 20. Attached to the balloon is a tag that states the balloon is from “Mitchell C.” in Grand Haven, Mich.

It also included a phone number; however, the phone number does not match anyone who knows a “Mitchell C.” in Grand Haven, Miller said.
