Winds could gust as high as 43 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Tonight: Scattered rain and snow showers, mainly after 10 pm. Cloudy, with a low around 38. Windy, with a west-northwest wind at 34 to 37 mph, decreasing to between 23 and 26 mph. Winds could gust as high as 47 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Thursday: Rain and snow showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41. Breezy, with a west-northwest wind at around 21 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
