The school board on Monday unanimously approved the construction drawings for the third phase of the bond proposal — which includes improvements at Ferry and Rosy Mound elementary schools, Central High School, and the district’s Education Service Center.

The district is expected to spend a total of $4 million for the projects in 2012, according to GHAPS Director of Business Services Donna Bylenga.

Separately, the district anticipates spending nearly $1.2 million at Ferry Elementary School, 1050 Pennoyer Ave.; $1.3 million at Rosy Mound Elementary School, 14016 Lakeshore Ave.; $1 million at Central High School, 106 S. Sixth St.; and $507,000 at the ESC, 1415 Beechtree St.
