A winter storm watch is in effect beginning Thursday afternoon through Friday night. The National Weather Service says we may see 6 inches or more of snow along the Lakeshore from the storm.

Tonight: A chance of rain and snow after 1 a.m. Increasing clouds, with a low around 34. East wind at around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Thursday: Snow. Steady temperature around 34. North-northwest wind between 5 and 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New snow accumulation of less than 1 inch possible.
