Under the artistic direction of Laurie Eisenhower, the ensemble is considered by many critics to be one of the finest contemporary dance companies in the nation.

The performances will be the culmination of the ensemble’s residency with the college’s department of dance. The company will be working with Hope dance students throughout the week.

The company’s concert schedule has taken it to theaters throughout Michigan and across the country, and as far as St. Petersburg, Russia. The company has received numerous grants and awards for its work — and, in 2003, Laurie Eisenhower received the ArtServe Michigan Governor’s Award for Arts and Culture (Michigan Artist).

Tickets cost $10 for regular admission, $7 for senior citizens and Hope College faculty and staff, and $5 for Hope students and children ages 12-18, with admission free for children under 12.

Tickets are on sale at the ticket office in the main lobby of the DeVos Fieldhouse, which is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be called at 616-395-7890. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
