The public is invited to learn how artisan chocolatier Patricia Christopher of Patricia’s Chocolate creates her chocolate masterpieces using only ingredients in her commercial kitchen in Grand Haven. Attendees will sample Fortunato No. 4, made from rare and exotic cacao that until recently was thought to be extinct.
Christopher was trained at the French Pastry School and Callebaut Institute in Chicago. She’ll share how her training and creativity have inspired her unique artisan chocolates made with spices, herbs, coffees, teas, fruit purees and fine liqueurs.
