'Spring forward' Sunday: Daylight saving time returns

Daylight saving time returns this weekend, officially at 2 a.m. Sunday.

That means we'll lose an hour of sleep. Experts say that causes a number of significant problems.

From a health perspective, studies show a 10-percent increase in the risk of having a heart attack in the two days after daylight saving time begins.

Only two states, Hawaii and Arizona, do not observe daylight saving time.

Standard time returns Nov. 4 when we "fall back" an hour.
