Christie Custer, treatment programs supervisor at Lighthouse Residential Treatment, will be the guest speaker.

The Juvenile Service Division of the 20th Circuit Court created Lighthouse, a residential program for girls, to offer hope in discovering a deliberate, viable, charted course for their futures. Lighthouse is a short-term treatment program that encourages community-based connections and activities. The focus is on stabilization, therapeutic support and strong, interactive guidance by building on the female-specific, individualized needs of each participant. The Program’s ultimate goal is to facilitate each girl’s successful re-integration home with her family and community.

The Woman’s Club of Grand Haven meets at 1:30 p.m. at the Grand Haven Community Center on the third Tuesday of every month, September through June. For information call Lynn Rigoli at 846-3681.
