Fresh start for SL storefront

A vacant storefront on Savidge Street is slated to undergo a facelift before it becomes home to two new businesses. On Tuesday night, the Spring Lake Village Planning Commission unanimously approved plans for two first-floor offices and second-floor residential space at 114 W. Savidge St., the former home of Chapter 11 Sports.

Andy Dulls and Jason Wenk recently purchased the building, and plan to relocate their Concept A web and print design company from 216 Washington Ave. in Grand Haven to the front of the Savidge Street space.

Retirement Wealth Solutions, currently located in the East Village strip mall near the Ace Hardware in Spring Lake, will move to the rear of the building, according to Dulls.

Remodeling plans include a new facade, new windows, entry canopy and rooftop deck.

Best place to start a business. Why don't you put some signs on your storefront for it to be recognized by customers. Get some QA certification for your business.
