1 of 2 Holland-area swim advisories lifted

The no-body contact advisory issued for Holland State Park's Lake Macatawa beach has been lifted.

Algae persists at Dunton Park and the advisory remains in effect until further notice.

On Tuesday, advisories were issued for both beaches due to blue-green algae. The Ottawa County Health Department is updating this advisory at facebook.com/miottawabeachwatch.
