Ferrysburg City Manager Craig Bessinger said the water was shut off at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to be turned back within two to four hours.

About 75 residents south of the bowling alley and along Cove Street are affected, according to Bessinger.

The new valve is being installed as part of the renovation project for the incoming Shoreline Sport & Spine.
