Today: Showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 1 p.m. Patchy fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 53. Breezy, with a south wind 15 to 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Dense fog advisory until 7 p.m.

Tonight: Showers. Low around 34. South wind 11 to 17 mph becoming north after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between a half and three-quarters of an inch possible. Flood watch in effect from this evening through Wednesday morning.

Wednesday: Snow likely, mainly after 1 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 34. Windy, with a north-northeast wind 15 to 20 mph becoming northwest 26 to 31 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New snow accumulation of less than 1 inch possible.
