Bedbugs turn up at 2nd library

Officials said Friday that bedbugs have turned up at another Kalamazoo Public Library branch.

The latest find was in the Children's Room of the Kalamazoo Public Library's Central Library. They turned up during an inspection ordered after bedbugs were found Feb. 8 in bindings of books returned to the library's Washington Square Branch.

The Children's Room was closed Friday and is scheduled to reopen Wednesday. The Washington Square Branch got the OK to reopen Friday.

The Kalamazoo Public Library's other branches also have been tested for bedbugs.
